We ship world wide and all our deliveries are 100% guaranteed.All our fishes are equipped with chip and certificate to comply with CITES and we grow the best Arowana & Stingray brand well known in International market. wide range of the best Arowana/Stingray ( captive bred) variety starting from standard to contest qualities.Hence, all our fishes are electronically tagged with a microchip (bearing an unique number) near their stomach wall., shipping sizes are 3-25 inch. Prices on the website are for the 5 inch fishes
Return & Exchange Policy
When any fish arrives dead or dies within 24 hours upon arrival, please have a picture taken and we will refund your payment on receipt of the electronic tag taken from the dead fish (Terms and Conditions). However, such a situation occurring is very rare from our experience. fishes are very tough and take to traveling by air pretty well. We have sent our fishes to over 40 countries and delivery agency we use always check fish on transit (the total time the fishes remained packed and not check was over 40 hours) and they always arrive safely and sound.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Once fish is send back to us and we confirm from the microchip and come it's from our far we send you back the same quote of the fish which died or what every you may want to change them with we just have to check the sum to know if you have to pay something Extra for the one you will be taking
